1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the bgc99 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bgc99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by bgc99; however, your payment provider may apply fees or exchange rates independently.

bgc99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bgc99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgc99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13 Amendments to Terms

bgc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
